Who said anything about waging another war? They're probably going to have to with what they've got. Either that or completely pull out with their tails between their legs.

Also Vince, there's been plenty of articles showing that our troops don't want to be their. And maybe the reason why the shortage issue won't die, is because more and more of our beloved troops die.
