Can a single Jaguar core at 1.6Ghz do more work than a single Xenon 3.2Ghz Core or Cell's 3.2Ghz CPU core with one SPE enabled. Sort of like how current gen Intel cores at slower clock speeds can do a lot more work per cycle than Pentium first gen processors at a higher clock speed?
Lets also assume the task is not memory intensive or graphics intensive.
