One thing I noticed is that they've improved the aiming a lot: Taking aim is more smooth and less jerky. The new cross hair seems also an improvement. Moreover, they've implemented a bullet time and zoom. Ubisoft also overhauled the sword fighting, I think.

About the aiming it is hard to tell because the big problems is when you want to chance the POV of the camera, there is few times that this happen in the video, but dont looks like there is a improvment, still not smoth enought IMO (probably it only activate too in the edge), interesting in the trailer it looked nice. About the sword fighting it indeed looks somewhat better (more prenunced animations?) but still have a long walk till gets on the level of the trailer.

Probably the bigest problem is that they put the ball very high with the original trailer (once it seems they cant deliver it, at least for this one).
