I seen a couple of negative previews about Excite Truck. And I seen a video of someone playing it and it looked terrible. How could it win? I think TheChef is right it must be a spill over effect.

im getting the same feeling of spore as i have from black + white, i have a feeling the games gonna be a letdown
also check the 2005 awards, best of show = spore, original game = spore.
fast forward to 2009 best of show = spore, original game = spore.
(will wright - hmm perhaps it was a mistake to employ the dukenukem guys)

looks like spore got a chance to pick up the 2007 best of show award.
wow best of show 2005, 2006 and prolly 2007 must be a hell of a game
