I think the the the basic version is always free, but this is the upgraded legendary version which normally costs £23.25 and gives you a bunch of benefits.

I have that adventure game already. Loved it when I played and completed it quite a few years ago.

Regarding, Hot Wheels Unleashed, I was tempted to get the PC gamepass version to play with my nephews the other day, but then I decided not to. Still, a good game to have and play with my family and so on.
