Arsenal chelsea was none stop action though, beautiful football played by both teams.

Yep. Was nice to see The Arsenal pegged back a notch or two. Treble? You're going to have to concentrate to win anything now chaps!

MONACO!!!!!

I hope they kick Chelsea 5:3 away and 8:3 at home, as they did to Deportivo - there is justice in this world.

And arsenal just had the worst week in their history

Arsenal won't win anything this year, as usual :) Wouldn't suprise me one bit if they lost the last remaining games in premier league and Chelsea ended up at the top spot.

So long as both teams do their patriotic duty and win their respective ties against Leeds we should all be in for a very good Summer.

Cmon, you HAVE to want an english team to win surley?!

Well, there were more English players in the Chelsea team last night than Arsenal's. ;)

Arsenal still ought to win the League. Thinking that they are going to lose their remaining League games seems a bit too much when you consider that they have yet to lose even one this season! A lot rides on their next League game but I'd really expect them to beat a weak Liverpool team.

I always thought that Arsenal and Real could lose out - they are full of 'flair' players who lack the ability to grind out results when necessary. Chelsea on the other hand, with their Italian manager, are set up to play in an almost Italian manner.

I expect Milan are still probably the favourites for the Cup this year.

He's irish but yeah.. I quite like chelsea of englands big 3.. Raneri is funny and likeable, unlike ferga-twat and arsene-hole. He was concious of trying to build a squad packed with an english core.

No I respect Chelsea, but Monaco, now that was a suprise, I was just hoping they will nick the win against Madrid, and after that 8:3 against Ddeportivo I am sure they can beat anyone. And what a win it was 4:2 away and 3:1 at home... I am not sure who feels more desperate tonight, Arsenal or Real... probably Arsenal, because it was their proper chance, Real is in quaters every year anyway,,,

Now I hope they win, sure Chelsea will be back next year, but Monaco - I doubt, and to be honest I have never seen such a high score ever in a serious competition - 8:3, that must have been for the record books, they deserve to win on the sentimental side for good of all small(er) teams :).

And I still doubt they will make it, but surely they have potential.

As for the favourits, AC Milan no doubt, but you never know, both Porto and Chelsea are excellent too, as well as unpredictable Monaco. Football is much more exciting than F1 :p

1-1 Lyon/Porto for the moment... Hmmm, seems like Lyon is in the same position as Monaco yesterday.
Milano seems to be in trouble also (2-0 for Deportivo) :!:
