Fooling US website, you are based in the US to view content?

Im trying to access a certain website to view their streamable movies. However, its only available for US consumers.

Whats the easiest way in changing Windows XP / IE 7 or whatever to make it seem that I am in the US and are allowed the content.

If anyone has any ideas, much appricated.

There are plenty of "anonymous browsing" sites out there. If it's located on a US server it should probably work. I'd just google up a few and try.

Yes, you'll need a US proxy server as I'm sure the site is simply tracing your IP to see where it's registered.
