Additional, they're cross-buy. So, if you already own it on the PS3 the PS4 version is free.

Gary had some more great news to share, adding that these are all Cross-Buy games, so you can purchase them once and download them on any system. Also, if you have already bought these games on PS3, then you can play them on PS4 and Vita at no extra charge.

Yes, 1080p @60fps apparently. And yes, the gyro is much better.

Yes, looks and plays like a dream. I hope I get a lot more ports for games I own so I can replay them on the PS4 for free

Journey in 1080p/60Hz would be indeed a dream come true...

Flower on PS4 plays MUCH better than back on PS3. Gyro steering is much more responsive and sensitive. This may be a function of the improved framerate as well I suspect. I've only done the first level so far, but the game is overall a more enjoyable experience, and it looks very pretty too.
