That's almost certainly a (prototype?) PS2 circuit board, you can see the RDRAM chips above the EE there.

PSP wouldn't look like that. Besides, all those big chips wouldn't fit in a handheld anyway, the board is much too wide. Would probably draw too much power too; you'd want all those functions on as few dies as possible...

Yes, that's what i thought too, either it was an alternative Ps2 board or a photoshop job.

That's EE on System 246 board. The rumor that it's a PSP chip is completely false. The picture comes from the site that makes slot machines, and their newest slot machine is based on Tekken characters, and uses System 246 board.
