it's a pity, but it's a huge improvement.I especially love how the reflections aren't even close to matching up.

Why are you asking me? I'm just surprised it made such a big improvement. So is this one of those racing games where you spend most of your time six inches away from the front bumper of your vehicle staring at the pretty bump-mapped reflection?
I especially love how the reflections aren't even close to matching up.
gate & riverHuh?? I don't see anything wrong with the reflections...

Surely they wouldn't be rendering to this format and scaling up ala PGR3..Ignoring the quadragillion x AA, there almost appears to be some sharpening in those shots. Esp no. 3.
Anyone else notice that latly that lots of PS3 shots are comming out in 1024x576?

doubtful, there have been 720p res shots of the game before. I think we are getting ahead of ourselves guys.Surely they wouldn't be rendering to this format and scaling up ala PGR3..
IGN has 720p screens:

Anyway, it's looking really great, has come along in a big way. Will be interesting to see video and/or how it plays at TGS.
I don't like the ship design a whole lot, though it's passable, but otherwise I'm quite impressed technically. There was a time when people considered it to be average at best, but it seems to belatedly be putting UE3 to good use.
