Peter Molyneux always seems to get excited about things he "might" be able to do as opposed to what his team has actualy been able accomplish in the real world.
Everything about that demo raises questions. Probably unsolved questions too.
Since this looks to be just an animatic of what he wants to be able to do and not what his engine can actually do, it's hardly more impressive than a non-dev fan saying hey wouldn't it be could if we could do X in a game.
I do like some of his games though. Even if they are flawed.
