I just finished Eldest this past week (sequel to the book Eragon) and I must say that it was much better then the first one, Paolini's writing has definitely gone up a few notches. I couldn't put it down and finished it in two days. The movie cast for Eragon, which comes out next December looks very promising too. Djimon Hounsou, Jeremy Irons, John Malkovich, Robert Carlyle among others. The kid that plays Eragon is a first timer though so it should be interesting to see how he does, his name is Edward Speleers btw. Can't wait for the trailer, I'd imagine it will be coming out pretty soon.
