Yeah sure no game worth having a NGC in europe...

In the next two months we'll get Zelda, Metroid Prime and a bunch other games.

Uhm, SFA Sucks my arse man, those are US launch games for the most part, here in the States, we have more than enough GC Games, but in Europe/UK, Nintendo hasnt given them crap, I would not own a GC if I lived in Europe, I really would see no reason, getting stuff almost a year late would just piss me off too much.

Did you notice I'm living in FRANCE, which is an european country ?

I live in europe I bought a GameCube with Luigi's Mansion and Rogue leader, and today I've all the games I listed in my previous post.
So I strongely disagree with you, europe have good games available right now on the NGC.

Now, obviously it depends on personnal taste.

I have no problems with getting games later as long as there's a good pal conversion (PAL60, no black margins, etc.).
Moreover, Europe is not that late (ED was the exception). BTW, we've got Doshin whereas US is still waiting.

For me these lists offer plenty of reasons to buy a Gamecube.

Ingenu, I am not saying those are bad games, I have most of them and highly enjoy them, what I mean is the selection they are giving Europe is terrible compared to the rest of the world, they really need to focus on getting Europe the games much faster.

I agree with CaptainHowdy, for the most part anyway. I certainly don't think there is no reason to own a GC in Europe. There are excellent games out here. But compared to Japan and the U.S the selection is poor and Nintendo/third parties ect really need to do something about it.

Although they've had their chance to get the games out over hear on time and keep me buying PAL games. As of now anyone who's sick of waiting for games here in Europe will no longer have to wait. All thanks to the clever people at Datel UK. Yes Freeloader is now out, just in time for Zelda too . Now Europeans to get any game at the same time Japanese and U.S people do. I'll probably buy the majority of my games from the U.S and Japan from now on.

Metroid Prime may be one of the last PAL games I ever buy for GC. Because its coming out in March and I think I'll be busy enough with Winning Eleven 6:FE and Zelda:WW to have to get Metroid Prime before March.

I look forward to never again having to wait for a game while I hear people rave about it on forums and review sites.
