On the positive side, I've had great experiences with many other companies. Corsair replaced my M65 mouse after almost 2 years because the middle click on the scroll wheel was acting up. No charges on my side at all. Also had a great experience with the IBM Thinkpad I had in college. The IBM support was leagues above anything else.
Best experience ever was with EVGA. I used the Step Up program to upgrade my 320MB 8800GTS to a 512MB 8800GT and all I had to pay was $15 for shipping. This was almost 2 months after I'd purchased the 8800GTS. EVGA really earned their reputation for legendary support.
