What is progress of this joint venture between SCE and Namco Bandai?

They revealed some projects some years ago, the site still exists in a "work in progress form" and we still havent heard of almost anything coming from it.

Presumably good as defunct. Like the ArenaNET games that were supposed to be appearing on PS3. Lots of ideas in the early days fizzled out.

update: original creator if R4, R7, and Rpsp is working that the company now and also working on PSvita game, so Ridga racer fans should look forward to this one.
