I carry my white SP in my pocket (in a good protective case), you can usually tell a gamer on a train etc. by the look (and sometimes comments) I get when playing it.
I was at Fry's the other day and I happen to see the NES SP and was about to get it, but then I thought, well I already have the limited edition TRU Gold SP so...
Yeah, I agree. The yellow one is just a stupid yellow casing with no original thought behind it. The NES design IS the NES design, looks awesome... The bottom half of the plastic casing is darker grey just like on a real NES, the buttons are red, the pattern on the face of the unit looks the same as a NES joypad, etc... Simply too cool for words to describe.
Is the joypad pattern a plastic film label like NES or just silkscreen printed on?
Woah, I've been going to sea side heights since the late 80s and I don't ever recall seeing it...oh wait, yes I have. It's still there, I was thinking with a bike you could ride, but nope, it's just one of the nes in an arcade cabinent games. They also have donkey kong, super mario bros, and punchout, though punchout isn't on nes hardware. And the goombas in super mario bros are the wrong color.
BTW, I believe excitebike was two player, but alternating only, just like super mario bros.
