Carnivors need your advice

Kangaroo is super lean so don't expect a 'nice flavour' to it. It is fairly strong in taste but can be decent if cooked the right way.

I would say kangaroo is to beef what rabbit is to chicken. Of course this doesn't help if you haven't tasted rabbit :p

I've had rabbit, Ive also had kangaroo but I cant remember what it tasted like
It was only on sale for a while because people protested

I've had kangaroo twice - once the tail somewhere near Alice Springs, another time a steak (not tail) in Cairns.

The tail was strong in both taste and texture, bordering on tough. The steak portion was reasonably good, but you had to get it quite rare to keep it from drying out. I like rare / medium rare steaks, so I was fine with it. Ostrich can be similar, in that less cooking typically results in a better result.

Oh, and I LOVE buffalo burgers! It also makes excellent soup along with green chiles, potatoes, carrots, pimento beans and tomatoes.

Yes had them all
Also Insects, dogs (brains), snake (raw snake head). Nothing I won't try (though not eaten whale, dolphin or human)
