Looking for better than stock replacement fans for a PNY GeForce RTX 2060 Super 8GB XLR8

One of the fans on my son's 2060 super (VCG20608SDFPPB-O) is going bad. The bearings are fried, it's gonna go soon. He pointed me to some links for exact replacements, but the original fans on it kind of sucked so I don't really want to get known shitty ones. I was curious if anyone could advise me on a better quality replacement. I'm not used to doing it this way, I'd just strap a couple of 120mm on it with zip ties and call it done but my son is being all picky.

I know it's a 5 year old card but it still games well at 1080p so I'd like to keep it going. Any and all advice appreciated!

At least half a dozen and that was my first thought too but my son is being all weird and overly protective of his hardware and not modding it. I can't believe how badly I failed as a parent. :(

EDITED BITS: More than half a dozen, just noticed 3 or 4 on my desks shelves.
