So I downloaded Oblivion and when I want so install it I get this table:
this application has failed to start because binkw32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

I downloaded binkw32.dll. What I should do next?

It's possible he bought and downloaded it from a place like direct2drive.
http://www.direct2drive.com/376/product/The-Elder-Scrolls-4:-Oblivion-w/-Manual

Anyway, that file should be copied to the main installation directory, like "C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion"

If that doesn't work, you can try installing the Bink video tools:

Yes, it should be installed during the normal installation of the game, and why the error message suggests reinstalling if there is a problem. If Bink doesn't install during the normal installation, then there's... something else wrong...
