The leak is simply an ISO image of the retail version for the Russian market. It can't be activated and there's still no crack for it and probably won't be until after the release day, so in this form it is useless. The point of such a leak is for pure "convenience" -- you grab the heavy download now, and just wait for the crack later on that will be just few megabytes.

Good fixes. I hope they don't show revive 3D HUD icons if the team mate is too far to revive in time.
Nothing DICE can do about it, the Red Cross has a trademark on the symbol. I'm surprised BF2, etc. didn't get a take down notice.
EDIT: bigtabs, he mentions a notification to press Q to call for a medic / support. I'm hopping the Q-rose has a few more quick team says.

Yeah I saw that, but it sounded like a quick time event more than a list of things to say. I really miss not being able to quickly say 'thanks' when revived or someone gives me ammo/medic pack, or saves my bacon from an enemy I didn't see. I think it adds quite a bit to the game when people are rewarding good teamwork with a 'I noticed how awesome you just were'.
I don't think there will be a commo rose. Q is contextual and we have lost some functionality and gained some other. In BF2 you had to navigate a menu to spot a tank, now you just spot it with Q. I wish we could say go go go and stuff like that, but I'd much rather keep the contextual spotting than go back to BF2 style spotting.
In BF2 you could spot a tank with just q if your crosshair was on it. You only needed to scroll the list if you couldn't get a bead on whatever it was. Personally I think the spot list was useless, unless you enjoyed people spamming 'Enemy boat spotted' at the start of Karkand. A quick list of 'I need ammo', 'I need a medic', 'go','I need a ride', 'thanks', 'you got it', 'no way man' was actually really useful and promoted team work.
When a squad leader gave an order, and you heard a chorus of 'you got it's, it really added to the experience, and you knew you were with a good squad.

Agreed again, don't forget "incoming" though I don't recall if that one is only in ETQW. Heh, bigtabs, that reminds me ETQW has a funny quick say, squad leader lays out the plan of attack and you hear everyone go "Meh!".
Anyway, back to BF3, I'd like a "defuse/arm" q-rose quick says when in Rush mode otherwise you get everyone defusing and no one covering.
The current objective to attack order is more strategic than that I think.

I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't appear at launch, but it will be there.
Did anyone else unlock the SCAR H? The recoil on it was immense! I think that needs a little tweaking.
