For XBO, MS was totally behind every single aspect. OS, KIT, APis, drivers, features and hardware, etc.
but it wasn't built with power in mind either.

That's such a weird ROP number considering how units are disabled and how the ROPs are attached to shader array groups and are independent of WGP/CUs.

Its not in announcement, but like it or not, we got number from AMDs internal testing doc. And we got it before we saw big ass die size or got confirmation of 12TF RDNA.
