nV must have known this for a little while. The question is, was it their plan all along to release the SE/XT at $200 for the holidays, or did ATi force their hand? Inquiring minds want to know (and aspiring consumers are no doubt thankful).

Did anyone read the part in the ATI PDF about how they're sampling PCI Express cards? Is that new? I hadn't heard anything about it before, but then again I haven't really been paying too close attention.
