In my opinion, I will say in terms of overall look, Ryse is the best looking PC game. However, Batman Arkham Knight has the best assets in a game today on PC, specifically referring to modeling, texturing and animation.

imo, I personally don't believe a video game is going to outmatch Arkham Knight 3 years (4 years the max) out. I wish I had a faster PC so I can show off some cooler stuff with AK.

Too bad it's run like crap for, sometimes, no reason and is not stable on most PC's. They refund the game now, they've given up.

AK runs super smooth on my PC, albeit with tweaks on my end, but my performance is identical to the consoles (that includes no stuttering while playing AK on a mechanical drive). If you're using a Nvidia GPU and own the game just send me a PM and I'll walk you through it.

Assassin's Creed Syndicate

This is exactly what i wanted after playing Unity visually, significantly less distracting pop-in, dynamic lighting/tod, and high-end hardware settings (PCSS Ultra and HBAO+ Ultra are the two heavy hitters but make the game beautiful). Game runs like a charm on my rig, no problems.
