Uses one vapour phase system to cool a second vapour phase system which then cools the cpu or gpu. Hence 'cascade'. I think.

ahh yes I've been thinking about making one of these. Of course, I'd have to take the refrigeration class at the local vo-tech first... and it would cost a hella lot... and I can litterally barely breathe right now because my throat is swollen and I have no idea why, but being that it's 6:30am there's not a doctors office open and.... oh wait I'm going off-topic. Yeah, it would be cool as hell to make.
