is this real ? 1920sp ?
Cat. 10.12 is 8.801. So 8.85 would be cat. 11.4 or .5?
So either this guy here is making stuff up and has faked a screenshot, or not even the reviewers have the latest drivers, or possibly you guys are under NDA in regards to them?
I'll be glad when it's tomorrow.
48 ROPs + 256 bit memory interface? :smile:is this real ? 1920sp ?
Last I read, 10.12 has been released already and a hot fix will be released for 69xx tomorrow. I guess that is 8.851.
Now that I took a closer look at the Unigine result: Does it say, the Phenom II X6 has HTT (Hyperthreading Technology) there? If so, then that would be a major giveaway pointing to a fake.
Regarding the alleged 8.85 drivers from Sapphire: I didn't do the Cayman review in our mag, so it's entirely possible, if quite unlikely, that I really have missed a new driver being sent out to the press. But since that would also mean that my colleague would have to repeat quite a lot of his benchmarks and I did not hear a scream of agony from him, I think that's not the case.

A cat. 10.12 hotfix would be 8.801.X.
A respected reviewer faking scores , seems like every one is doing it nowadays , why I am not surprised ?Maybe they're fat bits? *SCNR*
No, seriously it's a fake, just as my Unigine Heaven score of 97,7.
But surely not in a Core 2 Quad (2nd "here"-link).HTT probably stands for HyperTransport Technology, here.
There's a respected reviewer around? Where? Haven't seen one in a while.A respected reviewer faking scores , seems like every one is doing it nowadays , why I am not surprised ?

It's one of the cpuid bits set not only for HyperThreading capable, but - as in the case of the Phenoms in the Heaven screenshots - also for multicore processors:HTT probably stands for HyperTransport Technology, here.
HTT: hyper-threading technology. Indicates either that there is more than one thread per CPU core or more than one CPU core per processor. [...]
