Yes, in game engine, the official site said that some time ago, there's a short version of that trailer that has the head of the dev team talking about how the story changed and hinted what the main character might do, but the full footage was only shown today.

Awesome concepts and art. It seems that guy's morph suit has more detail than the previous trailers. The animation could use a little more work, not too bad though. I wonder when this game is due for release. Hopefully it'll be out for Xbox360 next year.
