Eye candy and the fights were beautifully done. It was very entertaining. If smoeone was looking for a deeper meaning to life and our existence this is not the movie for them. I just dont know what it is with depicting dark siknned ppl as bad guys...it could be that the Persians were dark who knows...that irked me a bit... but if I heard "Sparta" one more time.....

PS: Did anyone feel like going to the gym and working out on their abs after watching that movie or was it just me?

Based on the real story? Well, as far as the fact that there was indeed a huge fight there it's true. But the similarities end there.
