11nm

Is this the NV40 will be build on as a middlestep to 09nm???

I also was thinking that if Low-k will be matured on 130nm how would the trans budget seemlike and coreclockspeed??

I don't even think IBM offers 0.11µ...
And IBM is no where near having Low-K I believe.

From my understanding, the NV40 is 0.13u, *maybe* with SOI.

But NV30 was "meant" to be build with low-k, could´t a respin of NV35 use it if is enough matured or would it require a lot more effort than it will be worth.

Are you sure?
I was under the impression it was .13u bulk Si...
of course, your sources are likely to be more accurate than mine :D

Well, I gotta admit I got *ZERO* idea about whether it'll use SOI or not.

However, considering some info I've got and which shall be released in the very near future, if it didn't use SOI, we're off to another dustbuster I fear :(

Uttar, is it clear that NV40 are going to be manufactured at IBM.
And again i must ask that a respin to counter a ATI card of the NV35 is likely and/or they are opting for low-k.
Another thing related to this is that someone here at the forum said there where a couple different 130nm designs/some more advanced so it would be nice if someone could repost them.
