No, I wouldn't. 
That's not exactly true, 4 out of my last 5 computer cases have had windows.

No its not, I just thought I'd point out that you can indeed see it in certain cases, though I can't see the fact that the card has ATi or AMD on it mattering, its more about what card you're running than the company.
Y'know even with my windowed case I have always had a damned hard time seeing my graphics card, and I have my PC up on a shelf on my desk so it's above me and I'm looking up at it.
Not a big deal for me, I think I'd rather have the new ATi/AMD label personally since it means I'd have a newer card...

Its easy to see on say a SFF with a window, or a lot of the popular reversed ATX cases these days.
Nah, that's what the neon and LEDs are for.
