All three of them should be able to use Cell for their own products. However, i'm sure as hell countless little court cases will be opened without us even hearing about it. Like always, and in this case, i can see things becoming even bigger since these 3 companies will be using each others patents and technologies and each company will try to somehow keep some merit for them.
