Which main/Motherboard out of these two?

Since you've already helped me on this forum with my DDR2 issue, I'm hoping you can help me with this problem as well. I've stumbled across two mainboards at the exact same price and I don't know which to choose.

The first one is the ASUS P5K SE/EPU IP35 GBLAN 8CH SOCKET 775 ATX

And the second one is this(ASUS P5K-VM G33 S-775 VGA GBLAN M-ATX):

These are the components I'm going to buy:
Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4Ghz processor
Sapphire Radeon 4850
Samsung spinpoint 500GB SATA/300 7200RPM 16MB
MUSHKIN VALUE SERIES 4GB DIMM DDR2 800MHZ PC6400 (2X2GB)
LG DVD±R/RW/RAM GH20NS15 SD 20X SATA BULK BLACK
COOLER MASTER ELITE 332 MIDITOWER
CORSAIR VX 450W ATX12V 2.2 / EPS12V

I'm probably going to overlock the Q6600 to 3Ghz eventually so I don't want the motherboard to burn up from doing so, I heard someone saying that the P5K SE/EPU could take damage from overclocking and that microphones won't work on it very good but I don't kow whether it's true or not.

Will you guys help me once again with this final issue?

For HDD I'd suggest either the WD or Samsung 640GB, also a little pricier at 695 kr.

Thanks for the tip, I didn't see that motherboard before. It's only 70 crowns more (Which is about 10 USD). And I see that it has crossfire support which is nice. More suggestions are very much welcome :smile:
