We shall see a limited quantity of geforcefx in stores within 2 to 3 weeks, and full blast around january 20

Please don't take the following personally, but... What makes you so sure? In the past you doubted The Inquirer's article on NV30 which was pretty spot on ( http://www.beyond3d.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=46990&highlight=#46990 ), and you also doubted ATI would move to the R350 chipset so soon which it is ( http://www.beyond3d.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=44422&highlight=#44422 ) and you doubted the production issues with NV30 which did happen ( http://www.beyond3d.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=44914&highlight=#44914 ). Are you just grabing for straws as you were in the past or do you have solid information this time around?

Whoe dude, holy crap. Talk about a serious forum member. What did you do, go through my history? Anyways, no, i've never gone for straws. You misunderstood all my posts. I never doubted anything. As matter of fact, the first one about the inquirer, i promoted it, i posted it. Its just the inquirer has been known to exagerate everyonce and a while. So, just incase i added the, "it might not be true" deal, but i posted the link, it was you guys who doubted it. And we still dont exactly know when ati will release r350. I thought it would not be logical decision to release it so quickly, and do away with its "on fire" 9700. Anyways, here is where i got the info about geforcefx coming out limited quantities in 3 weeks and full blast january:

P.S. Never doubt me!

(btw, we need evilgrin smiley here.)

Sancheuz: I won't doubt you, because so far you haven't done anything else than hyped nVidia and their superioty. I don't doubt you because I don't have any reason to believe any of your posts. So, why doubt something you don't believe at all?

Yeah sure, that was spot on for the inquirer. They said the NV30 was on the A11 stepping and that it had a 128 Mbit memory interface. Maybe they're just typo's, but when they can't proofread a half page article, it's not very impressive.

NV30 production issues? Sorry, wasn't the speculation that they might not have working product for Comdex because of these "production problems", and yet they did having working NV30 chips. Perhaps I missed it, but was there more substantial evidence that Nvidia had further production problems recently with NV30? (other than TSMC's more recent announcement that they are getting 70% to 90% yields on the 0.13um process in general).
