Don't you mean "brownie"?

Seriously though:
  • Siggraph from 1983 to present.
  • Siggraph 88 "Introduction to Raytracing"
  • "Computer Graphics. Principles and Practice" (and the original edition)
  • "Advanced Animation and Rendering Techniques"
  • All three of the "Jim Blinn's corner" series (thanks MK for the correction)
  • All 5 of the "Graphics Gems"
  • (on walkabout) "Real-time Rendering" second edition (Hey,... I got a mention in it!)
  • some other old ones as well

Also, a friend lent me "Droid Maker" which is proving to be a fascinating insight into some of the history of computer graphics with anecdotes about Jim Blinn, Ed Catmull, Alvy Ray Smith and many others.

Just checking you were awake (and proving I wasn't!!!) :p

Oh I also forgot
  • Principles of Digital Image Synthesis (Glassner)... a two volume monster!
  • Introduction to Ray Tracing (Glassner)
  • Wavelets for Computer Graphics
  • Seminal Graphics (various)
  • CG101 (really a history book)
  • Curves and Surfaces for CAGD. A practical guide (Farin)

I've only got a select few on my desk, the rest are in storage.

  • Real-Time Rendering, 2nd Edition
  • Realistic Ray-Tracing, 2nd Edition
  • Advanced Global Illumination
  • The Geometry Toolbox
  • Practical Algorithms for 3D Computer Graphics
  • Mathematics for 3D Game Programming and computer graphics, 2nd Edition
  • Advanced Lighting and Materials with Shaders
  • Programming Vertex and Pixel Shaders

I've also got a few general computing books - I'm working my way through "Code Complete, 2nd Edition" as/when I have the time.

When I've a little more money I plan on getting some of the more recent texts (the ShaderX and GPU Gems series).

Didn't take my graphics books to Taiwan, but here's my list as best as I can remember it. Seems there's a lot of commonality with others:

Shader X series
GPU Gems 1 & 2
RTR, 2nd edition
Blinn's Corner
A D3D9 programmers guide by Microsoft Press
The Zen of D3D
