Web page creation software

Hey, I'm looking at making a new web-page. It's been a few years, and I'm hoping there's some "modern" way I can make my page a bit more spiffy. In the past I've used Dreamweaver to make pages, though I'm guessing pages made today are more CSS-based and less HTML based.

So is there a dominant market leader? Any suggestions?

I like Adobe GoLive.

I find dreamweaver is realy messy and bloated.

Try the (admittedly buggy) open-source nVu.

nVu is based on Mozilla suite's composer. so you can try Seamonkey (new name of Mozilla suite) as well as nVu
