I've been testing some minor performance improvement changes for the last week or so, which I've just enabled, and updated the Tapatalk plugin to the latest version.
Neither thing requires any downtime, so I just went ahead and turned the performance changes on and upgraded the plugin a few minutes ago.
The performance improvement are, broadly, a new code cache and an increase to the number of requests handled in parallel. So things should get a little bit faster, plus the number of concurrent requests is more in line with what we have to handle during peak hours, to keep things quick during those periods.
