ok, the dungeon master is patton oswalt. I thought i recognized him, he is in a great show i watch called king of queens. Went to imdb where i found out, this clip is from a show called reno911 on comedy central. Apperantly he playes a recurring role as a junkie dungeon master. Sounds like a show worth tivoing.
