Prince of Persia sold kinda poorly though, despite it's huge marketing push. Beyond good and Evil sales were beyond sad...

The sales only reflected the games' quality I’m afraid to say. That Prince of Persia was complete crap. And I was baffled at all the high review scores it got, it was flawed - controls and camera wise. The game play was dull and repetitive and when in combat things only got worse because of the hideous camera and the lame button mashing, with the odd jump on the wall to mix it up, but it failed. On the plus side it had fantastic visuals and audio, but ultimately the game was dogged down with dull uninspiring game play like Ico, and an appalling camera system.

Now I only played the demo of Beyond Good And Evil (hovercraft and prison) yet again the camera in this Ubisoft game was horrible, the aspect ratio of the screen was stupid (2 1/2 inch black borders) was it like that in the full game? Can't say nothing about the combat has it didn't future any, but I wasn't impressed with it.
