liverkick said:I have complete faith Evolution Studios are going to roll out something killer for PS3 as they're an excellent developer, but I'll eat my Trinitron if they end up approaching the level of detail in that trailer. Its not necessarily the vehicle models or terrain that seem out of this world. Its how natural everything moved, broke apart, deformed, animated etc. The malleability is on a whole other level compared to what we've seen before. Not to mention the amazingly realistic smoke, fire, debris, and mud splatter effects being thrown around. Thats what makes it look so unbelievable.
Id love to see it happen, I mean that level of interaction, exaggerated realism and immersiveness is the idea in my head of what a truly next generation jump in gaming would be like. It just seems like something unlikely to be achieved, especially this early in development.
