So I am over from Europe and in Las Vegas for the holidays and since games are like almost half the price of what its back home, I wonder what stores/chains actually sell PS3 and Blue-Ray stuff over here, and especially if anybody got some recommendations for stores in Las Vegas.

any US retail store you can find would be a bargain considering how weak the dollar is. Just go to a mall. EBgames/gamestop is the biggest US retailer so one of their stores should be easily found, bestbuy would also work, same with target or walmart. The latter two usually have limited selection though.
And just fyi if im not mistaken Blu-Ray movies are region locked. Not sure if thats what you ment by "Blue-Ray stuff".

I got a JAP PS3 console so the region stuff should be okay, its worse with discs I buy at home.
Luckily some nice people bothers to compile lists of region locked films.

Went to best buy and got the following stuff
Games :
Ratchet
Unreal 3
Lair
Blu-ray:
Shoot 'em up
Pirates of Carb. 3
Curse of the Golden Flower
Full Metal Jacket Remastered
Total inc tax was $304 which would become in NOK 1748.
If I had bought these games in Norway, it would have been 3150 NOK, which would be about $547.
So if I just don't loose much in the casino the next 48h it will have been a not to expensive trip ;D
