from the way they made horizon bumdle the same price as no bundle, then probably exhausting old stock, the main purposeSelling old stock?
They probably still making money even after price drop (they should went more agressive from the start imo)Down to $399.99 / £399.99 / €449.99, from $549.99 / £529.99 / €599.99
Big savings. What do we think this tells us about Sony's strategy? Selling old stock? Trying to reinvigorate? I'm guessing average software spend on VR is higher than normal consoles (no black-hole VR GaaS!) so loss-leading might be more viable. Are there any meaningful cot reductions that could be in effect?
But then are they stopping production, or creating a refresh? There's been no mention of that.from the way they made horizon bumdle the same price as no bundle, then probably exhausting old stock, the main purpose
Maybe they should rebrand it as a P.C headsetIt seems like Sony is done with PSVR2 and it's just entering the cycle of gradually increasing discounts.
That's mostly what I use it as.Maybe they should rebrand it as a P.C headset
