Sony KF 60we610 Grand Wega and connecting/displaying PC

I was wondering if anyone has a Sony KF 60we610 or other model maybe and has connected a PC to the display. And if so, what type of cable did you use? Svideo or dvi?

My understanding is that this TV supports an input of 1080i/720p/480p/480i and converts it to the native tv res which is 788P. I'm not sure what my video card supports (nvidia 6800 gt) but was wondering if it would work and look ok.

Thanks for any information.

I am far from an expert, but I would go with DVI. That way there is no loss in quality, having text messed up by an s-video cable would be annoying.

I think you're SOL if you want to get a 1:1 pixel mapping on the Grand Wega. Samsung's DLPs, on the otherhand, are virtually plug and play with any DVI card at 1280x720.

My buddy has a pretty sweet setup... 55 inch Samsung DLP + 2.8 Ghz P4 HTPC over DVI + FFDShow, it doesn't get much better than that!
