So which licensee do you think is porting UE3 to Wii ?

I know the most popular choice is Ubisoft with Red Steel 2 but for the most part that is based off speculation. I'm sure Ubisoft is not the only 3rd party that would like to get Unreal Engine 3 running on Wii. Gearbox still could be a possibility but I highly doubt that game is BIA on Wii seeing as how it looks pretty terrible in most spots and Gearbox is letting somebode else do the port.

Midway is also a candidate too because Mortal Kombat 8 is confrimed to use the engine and Ed Boon said months ago that they were dicussing a Wii port and there is no ps2 version planned.

So what do you guys think? Who is the mystery studio and what game will it be?

and most importantly... how do you think it will turn out???

and yes I'm back.:p

Ubi? could be, but would they want to take the effort for just 1 game? unless they plan on going multiplatform with their big franchise wouldnt it be easier to just use the ''fully tweaked'' unreal2.x?

Gearbox? maybe if they plan on doing some wii games themselves, dont know if they have something for wii other than BiA.

Midway? well given the quality of their wii games I not only dont see them taking the effort but I also hope they dont do it because they will probably screw it up so bad that every game based on their UE3 wii will look like freakin cruisn'.

I really dont have a clue. Given how little devs put alot of effort in big wii games I cant think of one dev that would take the effort.
