It's still up there. I used your link above to test, and on top of the page is the link to the pdf version, and that link still works. I downloaded it on my regular PC just a few hours ago (am on my laptop now) and I don't see why Nvidia would remove it in the first place. You probably just temporarily couldn't connect to it?
 
Oops, nevermind.

Was the version on slideshare powerpoint with some hidden notes again? :) Or maybe Pixar's lawyers saw REYES and decided to send a warning they'd sue anyone trying to implement what they wrote about?
