Perhaps the problem here is not HBM but TSMC's yield with 28 nm?
How are the Titan X supplies?

Pretty good. I just bought another 80.How are the Titan X supplies?
What on earth are you doing with 80+ Titan X:es?
=)Either a joke, or retailer... Or building a supercomputer ?!
About 160 kW running full tilt. In practice we're usually at 120 kW.What kind of total power draw does a beastie like that have?

A supercomputer. I have about 2 SP Petaflops of Titan X so far... And they're always busy.
Any hint about the application? Render farm?About 160 kW running full tilt. In practice we're usually at 120 kW.

!/$ ?Why don't you buy K20s or similar computing optimized GPUs like computing centers do?

If your application needs lots of RAM, lots of SP FLOPS, but doesn't need ECC or whatever other feature a K20 provides, then the Titan X is an obvious choice.
