Yes, it did! Paid for my R290X in whole including IcyVision radiator and after selling my 3 other R290(x) I was still left with few pounds in pocket (that is after electricity cost which in UK is hight at around 0.24$ per kW).
But it was all about timing and not overdoing/overinvesting it! My primary motive was to do 'free' upgrade!
