GDDR4 isn't a card, it's a technology. There are no production uses for GDDR4 that I'm aware of yet, I'm not even sure that it's in mass production. Even if it were, 3.2ghz is WAY up there, I believe the first samples mentioned were going to be in the neighborhood of 1.8ghz (and that's the "effective" speed, not the actual speed of 900mhz)
Also, I believe the individual GDDR4 chips are meant to be 32-bit components. Thus, to get a full 512 bit datapath, you'd need 16 chips. I'm not entirely sure I remember that right, but I think that's correct...
