Silent Hill 4 - The Room gets my vote. Finished the game yesterday. It's simply breathtaking.

The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Buther Bay gets my utmost attention as the prettiest game this year! I'd be surprised if id manages to pump up DOOM III to the level where is could surpass it.
