So I have an interview in about 5 days for another position within the same group. I am going through and drafting all sorts of different questions the panel can blast at me. Can you guys also think of some questions through your experiences and also give me some tidbits. Note: This will be for an IT Analyst Level 4 (experienced) position.

In one interview I answered this with "I want to rule the world", not kidding. I already knew I don't want the job, so...
But you should have seen the interviewer's face

The preparation is mostly useless, as are the questions. Unless you encounter a HR manager who has no idea about the function and goes strictly by the book. But even then he/she has to like you.
Simply go there self-confident, assure them you can do it quite well and be nice about it. That's all.

Heh, no, he looked unbelivably for a few seconds and had no more questions. the rest was fluff-talk and pleasantries, but the message was surely clear

I just went through round 2 today. 6 total interviews so far.
