Playstation 2 technical resources, where to find

I am in need for technical details about playstation 2 for a university seminar. All i found where some marketing pdfs from sony/rambus, some gdc stuff and the ars technica article. Is there any "in depth" info about its system architecture available on the net? I have heard the 3rd edition of hennessy & patterson : computer architecture... has something on the EE, but i have no access to this book (not available at library). Also there is a C'T article, but it also is rather short. Are there any Dev. resources publicly available (programming manual, etc.) ? Any help would be appreciated

Edit: also found some references in the various IEEE publications

The arstechnica article wasn't enough?

There are some leaked EE and GS manuals floating around the web, that's about as hardcore as you're going to get I think.

Yeah, the Arstechnica article should have covered a great deal. I don't know of any technical black paper articles or anything, but I do have a few useful links that may help (More efficient ways to program for the PS2, etc). If you'd like them, just holla.

Well, some links to stuff regarding peripheral processors (spu, ipu, yet mainly gs) would be great, since all info on these seems particularly scarce
