I finally picked up an old PS2 game I had bought some two years ago, and not got very far in it before getting bored.
The Dark Chronicle, or Dark Cloud 2 as I think it's known in some parts.
I got stuck in the second georama (Balance Valley) and gave up, the dungeons bored me to feath also and my characters were underpowered and overall the game felt just owerwhelming with me lost on what to do next. I hated the game and left it to gather dust.
Then I consulted some FAQ's and now have a better grasp on what to do and managed to proceed.
And now I like te game a lot, can't wait to get into the dungeons, upgrade weapons, invent things....
Do you have old games you've stopped playing for some reason and only learned to appreciate them later finished them enjoying every moment.
